1. Acceptance of Terms

When you visit our website or book any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to create a fair and transparent agreement between Paradise Parties HNL (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“client,” “you,” “your”).

2. Services

Paradise Parties HNL provides event entertainment and photo booth services across Hawaiʻi. Our offerings may include photo booths, event setup, on-site staff, digital photo sharing, and custom event branding.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation or loss of booking slot.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before event: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
  • 14–29 days: 25% refund
  • Less than 14 days: No refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Event Setup and Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • The setup location is accessible, safe, and equipped with electricity (110V outlet).
  • Adequate space is provided for setup and operation (minimum 8’x8’ area recommended).
  • Guests behave responsibly and respect staff and equipment.

The client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence, misuse, or unsafe conditions at the event venue.

5. Rescheduling and Weather Policy

We understand that plans can change — especially with outdoor events in Hawaiʻi.
If weather or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months of the original booking.

6. Media and Photo Usage

By attending an event with Paradise Parties HNL services, you grant us permission to use photos, videos, or digital content captured at your event for promotional purposes (such as our website, social media, or ads).

If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before your event date.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

While we always strive for smooth and joyful events, Paradise Parties HNL is not liable for:

  • Technical malfunctions or equipment failure beyond our control
  • Power outages, weather delays, or acts of nature
  • Loss or damage to personal property during events
  • Indirect or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability will never exceed the total amount paid for your booking.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise Parties HNL, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your event, venue conditions, or breach of these Terms.

9. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control — including natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or venue shutdowns. In such cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer credit toward a future event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Honolulu County.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continuing to use our services means you agree to any revised terms.
